Much easier and cheaper to just take a sharp pick and scratch off the corrosion from the metal connectors so bulb makes contact again.

How to fix bulb socket or how to replace it? Fixing it would have been cleaning and removing rust, maybe some dielectric grease and reassemble.

I have 2003 Cadillac CTS right front turn signal bulb keeps burning out in less than three times I use the turn signal.

+Angelo Martinez There should be a push lock on the black socket that the bulb socket is plugged into. Push it down and remove the socket.

Well... replacing it fixed it
