BF2042 is a DX12 game. In DX12 games, fullscreen optimizations is deprecated. The toggle does nothing.

Even if i try to make it more optimized it still hangs and lags. This game is terrible. Its the worst ive seen. The old battlefield games run perfectly. They messed up with this one.
