When you use the optimize application in Windows with an SSD, it does not defragment, it does something called TRIM, this action reads the available space on the SSD to write to. If you are a user who writes and deletes data frequently it is good to use this to extend the life of the SSD a little. Ideally you should configure it so that the TRIM runs once a week or a month, doing it frequently wears out the SSD

Never disable sys main, it slows up your system. It slows app booting time.

I can confirm that this works, i have 16gb ddr5 and at idle i had around 55% usage and after doing this my pc is on 25% at idle

its probably cuz of the instability of closing programs try running msconfig aging and try to make them run aging do not listen to untrusted or small content creators as you could damage your pc without knowing always follow people like linux or anyone thats actually helped you please take warnings when following tuturials
