How to fix hook timing for jack shirley machine,
Adjust the position of rotating hook,loosen 2 rotating set screw,and turn balance wheel,make the lower line on the needle bar,accord to the lower edge of the needle bar bushing lower,on the above mention condition,make the hook point,accord to the center of the needle ,clearance between needle and rotating hook should be 0.02-0.05mm,around ,then retighten the hook rotating set screw.
