Hi. Thanks for the video. I have a 2010 triton. We have owned it from New. 240k on the clock. I had the issue awhile ago and replaced my scv it ran well for along time but the problem has started again normally hard to start in the mornings lots of spoke when she does start. Then when it goes into limp mode if I turn of the car it will swing the motor but not start. I have to cycle the key 3 or 4 times with a break while it is in the off position then it eventually starts and can run perfectly for afew days or weeks but happened again today. I use 10ppm Sasol deisel. I do my services every 10k and recently did one because I thought I might have a dirty feul filter. I find the problem is worse "more frequent on 50ppm" hence I try use 10ppm. Thanks for your video I will try check those connections points but if there is anything else you might be able to advise let me know.

Thanks for the video mate subscribed and hope to see more, had the same probleme while travelling at 110kph and loading, lost power , turned off and on and everything normal except the engine light is still on, have been told something to do with air intake, upgraded the intercooler and intake pipes to metal but still have the engine light on and worried that its gonna happen again, it was scary to happen while trucks and b double were travelling behind me, scary moments, I would realy appreciate your help

Hi mate first of all welcome to the family. I would suggest looking at you MAP sensor. I have a video on that. If it still happens it could be bad connection on your Loom. THERE IS A VID ON THAT AS WELL. I hope this helpes.

Hi! Informative video....I have a 2011 Triton (M/T)...When car is in Neutral and handbraked, rev goes only til 3000rpm. Release the brake and the car moves a bit, still in neutral, rev goes beyond 3000rpm but sluggish. I don't have any starting problems nor stalling issues. What could be the problem?

Hi there the comment below I have the same issue I have a ml triton 3.2 glx will only rev to 3000rmp and won’t rev any higher I don’t understand and really annoying . Iv checked lines cleaned intercooler. Replaced scv . Egr is deleted as in blocked running a provent catch can no dash lights or engine lights please help

Hi there. I will suggest maybe have someone do diagnostic and check your fuel pressure values. I't can be a faulty SCV or it could be blackage towards your map sensor. If its not that you will have to look at other sosnsors. Did you clean the MAF sensor in your intake?

Greetings all, thanks for a good video! I just subscribed 👍🏾 I have a similar issue..2008 L200 3.2 diesel. I get engine vibrations every now an then then it just stalls (mainly when in traffic at low rpms). Once I'm accelerating I'm good. Changed suction control valve, replaced two injectors and cleaned the others then reprogram, and changed fuel filter... The problem went away for a few weeks then came back. Lastly, each time it stalls, the engine light comes on...after switching on in the morning it's gone...so I dont have a clue what to do. Will try spraying my connectors

@@howtoplanet2086 thanks for the response. I got like 2 days without stalling (rough idling every now and then). Check light came on again and it's the same P0093 code (fuel leak).

@@odaynesteele4624 If you did investigate and did'nt find any leaks and there is'nt a difference in smoke, I would point towards your fuel rail. Most likely to be the feul pressure sensor on the back of your feul rail unless that has been replaced allready.

On my other video I've indicated also the orings on the SCV. It can also cause a "feul leak code" have you checked that?

@@howtoplanet2086 thanks friend...I havent replaced the pressure sensor but had a diagnostic tool attached by the dealer which monitored the pressure and it was stable. SCV rings may be the issue as I replaced the larger of the 2 with an aftermarket one as it was bruised. Gonna check on this...thanks much👍🏾

have a 2014 mitsubishi 4x4 l200, for a few days the engine stutters on the first start up, it doesn't eat gas, the rpm doesn't come out more than 1100 and 1500, it throws white smoke from the exhaust, the rpm returns to normal as I give the gas slowly, it's not a problem in long distance driving. Could the problem be dirt in the fuel or could it be water in the fuel?

Hi my Friend. Did you check the vacuum hose connection from your MAP sensor to the manufold? Some times they come loose and fall off. If not that. Check out my video on powerloss.. maybe that helps.

I have same problem also with my triton 2010 edition GLX. the maximum RPM reaches 2000 only. i change the suction valve and the fuel pump but still the proble exist and it shows 089 error code. what shoul I do?Please I need help to fix my problem.

Theres not always the same problem. Very easy to say FIX IT YOURSELF.. y r ppl so idiots sometimes. There r 100s of other codes that effect performance of vehicle.
