This is the second laptop I've had that has suffered flickering. It's so frustrating to have everything in default value, but getting this video dysfunction. Thank you for the clear example to follow and all the caveats. I had to go all the way to "uninstall". Seems to be a golden fix so far. Really pissed at all the parties that drop the ball and the user has to diagnose and resolve on their own. Keep up the great work. and thank you for sharing your time with us.

Hey! nice video. Personally, I tried all the steps in this video, but it didn't fix mine. When I uninstalled the driver, It did fix the issue but the entire laptop was feeling very very slow. So I reinstalled the driver, and the problem was back. What I did to fix mine is I went to intel's website ( because I have Intel UHD Graphics 620 ), and it installed an application which scanned my laptop, The website told me to install the 7th-10th gen driver and as soon as I installed and rebooted my laptop, the problem was solved. Still good video for the people who fixed the problem using these steps

Run > power> change plane > try resolution> start menu > device manager > graphic driver > update driver with internet > search automatically for driver . Device manager > display adapter > graphic> uninstall driver > UNCHECK > uninstall > restart computer.

Hey! I got another fix for those who are still facing problems 1. Go to Registry Editor 2. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\{9CACAC95-9D49-11ED-844F-EEC583440D34}\0000 (Find your display driver in video section, like mine is the D34 one and go to 0000) 3. Find for Alternate Scramble Support 4. Change the value from 0 to 1 5. Restart your pc and wait for sometime

@@GeminiX31 Hii, it actually doesnt affect anything with your files. It’s only removing the graphic (display) driver that you are currently using. But in my case, uninstalling it didn’t work well at all. It started to occur again. Had to send my laptop for repair in the end.

I haven't really found a permanent solution other than to reset the complete system. But what I do now is I uninstall the display driver everytime I shutdown my PC. The next time I start it, the display driver gets installed automatically, and there's no flickering thereafter in that session. In the end again uninstall the display drivers before shutting down.

Guys i've found methods Method 1 Do this guy's method Method 2 (this worked for me) Uninstall the battery from the device manager (all of them) and restart your laptop Method 3 do a cmd sfc /scannow (must be run in administrator) Method 4 Go to your nearest Technician if problem is on the hardware. Might be some disconnected cables from your laptop's monitor. Method 5 Buy a new laptop :3
