How to fix laptop screen flickering, PWM free laptop.

Thank you for this, I still think it's better to buy a laptop that has 0% PWM, you never know the effects on your eyes/brain even if you can't see it! This is great for someone who already has a PWM screen, thank you very much!

Thanks man your a life saver. I was looking for this.. My eyes hurt like hell after using a led LCD screen. Will this work for a ati radeon laptop card. Or do I need some other program??

I think single radeon will not work. but if you have intel+radeon - it will.

Not visible flickering, but pain is still in eyes, because PWM is problem, increase frequrency no resolve it.

I tried this with Windows 10 and it didn't work , maybe because of the different drivers, but this tool github.com/tpurtell/PWM/blob/master/PWM.exe worked. At first it kept lowering my brightness, but when I started at 200 hz and entered values slowly approaching 3000 hz it worked for some reason.
