MashAllah You are really a good Teacher. I have also 1 problem with 76A original toner. After Refill left side of result is low 1) MR is ok 2) Drum is new 3) Both side springs are ok Problem is with powder unit what ? Looking mystry :-) please give a helping hand

Al Salam o Alaikum There are few issues about this problem. Dr Blade if toner powder level is not in a proper level especially when it is high on any end (mostly gears side/right side of toner cartridge) it will cause thia issue. 2nd is OPC (drum) its static layer is weak after too much usage. 3rd is when Scanner/laser assembly is dusty then it will cause same problem. 4th is when you refill but don't clean cartridge by wasting remaining powder. Always use toner cartridge after shaking is well and aoften the toner powder in it.
