I had a herniated disc and had days where walking was too painful. I went to disc centers of American. They are all over the states and specialize in repair without surgery. After 4 months of decomposition 2 times a week. The pain was gone but took another 4-5 months to get back to training. But I’m back!!

I have issues with my lower discs in my back awful pain for long periods of time. I bought an inverter off amazon, &what a relief it has healed me more than any doctor. I think I paid 180.00, if I would have paid a million for it, and have to pay it off for the rest of my life, it would still be the best money I ever spent.

During your besmirching of ground turkey I'm standing here in my kitchen making 10 prepped meals consisting of just ground turkey and jambalaya rice.

You boys are into some obscure shit, cock pumps, foot training, neck training, coupled with a unhealthy obsession with PEDs, carbohydrates and BJJ its interesting indeed
