FOR PEOPLE that has the same problem as me 1. The media sound turn orange/ yellow 2. When connected to bluetooth it can work properly but it seems like it still connected even after you turn it of Turn out you're stuck on headphone mode What to do is Install Disable earphone/headphone And ten turn off the headphone. Restart It works for me

Please slow down talking. Got to 2:15 in video and realized that the sound wasn't working because it was still connected to my headphones. Brand new phone as of yesterday.
