Funnily enough, the official fix netflix gives is to remove the cable from the socket and put it back in after a minute. And it worked.

this is a work around, not a permanent fix. My TV does this EVERYDAY. have reset to factory settings too many times, cleared cache, deactivated netflix, sign in sign out...each day, literally each day, it gives a diff issue, and one of the mentioned options has to be applied. It's never the same. Blank screen when going into netflix, only way to get in, is to go into tv settings, deactivate netflix and sign in again. All the above need you to log in again...I am so over having to log into the app to watch everyday. technicians couldn't solve, they just did what i did. Service dept provided a firmware, and instructions which also did not work.
