sir i have same motherboard, 19v ok no 3v, 5v on bios 0v SIO 0v, and no shortage i check all cap. and coil, only near battery connector coil 0.223v ( here need 12v ) i replaced BQ24781 same result, i check other reference first with power adapter without switching near battery connector coil need 12v .... pls. help me out....... Thanks
