I had a question, so I recently had people come and clean my ac induct, but now it doesn’t even turn on, the ac outside is working, but the ac inside is not running or blowing anything, maybe they changed a setting ?

Mine is stuck on “set date and time” it won’t let me touch and move anywhere els. Is it frozen? Can you factory reset it from somewhere

Remove the thermostat from the backplate connectors for about 1 minute and set the thermostat back into the terminals (backplate). That should reset the thermostat if it’s stuck.
