additional tip: the charging contacts inside the case are prone to corrosion if it comes in contact with sweat. dab a q-tips/cotton swab in isopropyl alcohol and rub the corroded area for a minute, use a sharp tweezer to scrape off the corrosion bit by bit (be very gentle as this method may permanently damage the AirPods case if performed recklessly). once scraped, use the qtip to clean off the area.
