oh dear. just tried this for the first time . struggled to get down to the floor for the first one. it didn't really ease the pain, but then I couldn't really get a stretch out of it . no 2 was easy, but made no real difference. Now my hip and knee are hurting. The back pain wasn't too bad today...so I'll have another go after I've been to the shops. The back pain will be more intense then. See if it relieves it, though I'll do no 1 on the bed...less pain than getting down on the floor .

U r a genius. My left side has been acting up lately. I get weird pain at the keft side, especially the end of the spine in the hip area. I dont feel tingling or anything, but it pains. When i wakeup specially. Then when i start mt day and walk around it gets fine. But from 2 days it's not going away. Im v worried if it has to do something with my spine or if it's a muscle spasm. I did the exercises with u, and i instantly felt better. I have a history of cervical disc shortening, and my radical bone was stuck in my neck of the left side. My thumb got numb, and it was such an excruciating nerve pain. Then u went to therapy, and it got better. Im ove wght too and i had a csection birth before 2.5yrs for my baby. After that back bone having pain, too. so i worry if this will happen with my leg. Pls tell me more ways to get that relief and shud i see the neurologist/orthopedic for this issue ? Thanks a lot.❤

Hey doc I'm heading out the door so I'm going to save this one to watch later but I'm wondering if it is correct for what I have going on. I've been sitting in a chair a lot lately at work and last night when I bent over I got it twinge on the left side of my back just above the buttocks alongside the spine. Sometimes I feel it into my upper thigh now. Just a quick grab and overnight it felt good in bed but then bending today I got it again. So I'm sure I inflamed some little muscle there. Is this the right one for that?
