Sincere thanks for sharing these movements. I've had pelvic pain for 3 years after a lifting incident in a job site, and have been searching for answers through our health system with lots of time wasted and seemingly incompetent physicians. I can feel the improvement of my condition after only a few sessions, and hope doing more sessions will only make things better. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this video. I have been dealing with pain for over two years now, all due to weak pelvic muscles. I did PT for 6 months and that helped with strengthening my lower abdomen and glutes. My pelvic bone was still popping out of place which causes severe pain to my left lower back. I have been doing all the exercises from this video and have not been having my pelvic bone out of place. Thank you so much 😊. I tried to do the exercises at least 3 times a week ❤❤❤❤❤

While I was walking today the pelvic pain was getting deeper and deeper. I couldn't wait to get back home. When I got home a notification came from you on my cell and - Glory to God you were addressing EXACTLY what I need the most - how to fix pelvic pain. God bless you! I've scoured the internet for solutions to pelvic pain I've had for the last 5 months. I've been to see doctors and PT professionals with little success. Excellent vid. I think the first few exercises are to release tension in pelvic muscles, and the last two are for strengthening. A combo of reverse kegels and kegels. Know which you need.

This changed my life. I had a diagnosis of Interstitial Cystitis for the longest and the pelvic pain was massive in regarding to quality of life for me. I’m not even sure that what the true diagnosis because I have had a million falls in my lifetime up to playing basketball on the collegiate level. With the diagnosis & minimal help- I wasn’t getting the relief I needed. So i did some research on behalf of the diagnosis and I saw that pelvic exercises “may” offer relief. I’m looking to have a child soon so I needed to get some relief & be in a better healthy state. Well Im here to tell you this was the game changer I needed for relief! Thanks so much

At first i didnt think your sciatica and pelvice vids did much but i feel so much better than when i came in froma skate. I know i shouldnt be skating with sciatica but i have to skate. I've been dealing with it for almost 3 years now but i never strecth. Need to be doing these every day as well as going osteopath.

@@elizabethstevenson9881 Same for me. I am paying good money here in Orlando Florida for Chiro care and not getting better. I suffered a sciatic nerve flare up 10 weeks ago and coyld not walk for 9 weeks. Been going to the chiro no relief.I stopped goung because he press too hard on my kidney left side during adjustment that left me in more pain. I started watching videos from various doctors here on YT and now started to do some of the excercises and stretches. I am starting to feel better but I still have terrible burning on the soul of my feet! I wish this doctor was in my area or I could find a good one here.😔😔😔

@@DrRowe Thank you, Doctor! Almost all the exercises were done. Some did not do in full amplitude - the pulling pain was. And I couldn't do the 8:20 exercise - it hurt. In general, the complex is very good! Thanks! Keep up the good work! I wish you health and longevity!

Thank you for your videos sir they have been a GOD SEND. I’m struggling with a intercostal muscle strain I believe in the left part of my lower back and I have pain in my lat as well. Could you do a video on stretches or exercises to help intercostal strains in the back part of the ribs? Thank you sir keep up the good work!

You are very kind hearted person sir if we go to pelvic rehabilitation center they will cost nearly $500 per one session but you are providing it for free can you please provide what are the food habits that we follow if we are facing pelvic floor dysfunction

Thank you so much for those stretches, Dr. Rowe. 4 years ago, I had an accident, which created multiple disk hearnia in my lower/upper back and neuropathie & pain in the back and penis/pelvis floor region. I could not sit for three years...until slowly my disks started to heal. I tried physio therapy, weight training, Chiropractic, massages, many stretching exercises, injections, drugs (pregabalin, Duloxetine,...), w/o significant or lasting results. After I started to practice meditation/Yoga/Pilates 5 days a week, my back pain started to vanish. Now, for the first time in my life, I strated to releave the pelvic pain through your proposed stretches: it is not over yet, but so much better. I will practice more and let u know how it goes. Had this pain for 6 years , try almost everything but it seem that the pain always came back and today i did all your exercises and my pelvis feels on fire in a good way never in my entire life I ever worked those muscles . Hope this is my issue of all my pain . Thank you so much doc.

Hello. I've been suffering with pelvic pain for a year and lately it's gotten worse. I work full-time and lately have to pray for strength to get ready. Never experienced so much pain in my life. Most times I suffer in silence. I don't know what to do. My life has changed. Patience is thin all the time. I just feel sick... I just needed to vent.

Hey Max, I hope you are better now. But please consult a physiotherapist and if one therapist doesn’t help then go for another one. It will improve I promise. Sometimes dry needling works wonders. Also exercising according to our need is importance and such guidance can be given by a professional physiotherapist.

Pelvic pain is most commonly due to pelvic floor hypertension/dysfunction ie: tightness in pelvic floor. This can can irritate prostate and cause Chronic Non Bacterial Prostatitis, for which antibiotics won't help. [Avoid strengthening pelvic floor, do only streching exercises] 1. Avoid lifting heavy weight, strenuous exercise & running (It increases intra abdominal pressure and worsens pelvic floor tension/pelvic pain) 2. Do these 3 stretches (5-10 minutes, 4 times/day) kzbin.info/www/bejne/infImamorpeHjKMsi=wwTZMoKYdcO4rbgx 3. Tennis ball relaxation (once day, preferably morning after emptying bowel) kzbin.info/www/bejne/gX-QhaGtj9GrpaMsi=LTJH5QR6jI_VmneN 4. Try doing abdominal/diaphragmatic breathing whenever possible. 5. Early to bed & early to rise.. (Staying awake late night can worsen muscle pain/pelvic pain) 6. Eat more fibres, drink more water to avoid constipation (Constipation can aggravate pelvic pain) 7. Avoid stress & anxiety, meditate daily for 5-10 min (Stress & Anxiety can elevate nerve excitability and pelvic floor tightness. Mediation and prayer can calm down ur autonomic nerves and decrease pain) If u follow these 7 rules consistently every single day, u wl recover from Pelvic pain in 2 - 6 months, have patience.. -From my own experience ADVICE: Continue this healthy lifestyle even after cure, to avoid relapse of pelvic pain/tightness.

I'm an expecting mother, I usually get pelvic pain in pregnancy. This time round, I felt it quite severe. These exercises are really helping me overcome this pain. I have, however, left out some back exercises since I'm not certain of their safety in pregnancy.
