I really love this video! I’m the one with the Baker’s cysts in both knees but I’m finding out I was doing everything incorrectly! Like grinding the fascia on the bottom of my feet. I was doing this using the tracks on my slider door frame! And the RICE approach. It’s been months and there is no improvement. It’s actually worsened. But then I come across your videos and have just started for the knees, and this one. My calves are sooo tight, ugh. As I mentioned before, this is after a medical crisis that had me hospitalized (very little movement) for almost a month. And no rehab afterward. I cannot believe how challenging these are for me rn, but I’m working it back to good. Oh, and I was about to blow some big time $ on “recovery” shoes, slides, sneaks…anything to get out of this misery. But I do feel like I need some kind of shoe or slipper for around the house. It’s so painful to walk from the knees, calves, feet, and even the hips. But no to the built up shoes, huh? My feet roll in too much I think. Anyway, thank you again! Following you on instagram too! 🩷

Plantar Fasciitis is one of the most nagging and limiting orthopedic injuries. You can fix that heel pain by following what I recommend in this video here!

Quelle belle surprise ce matin en cherchant des exercices pour mon épaule et pour le plantar fascistis de madame Ferron, de voir que notre ancienne étudiante fait des bons vidéos informatifs. Bravo Jessica!

Great video and I find it very helpfull. This aside, would mind doing a video on best exercise to help strengthen knee joints Particularly for those who have a challenge standing up faster from a low seat without using your hands and how to stop that nagging knee joint pain.

This was such a great video! So informative and well spoken. It was easy to follow and I feel like I’ll actually be able to follow this protocol. My friend Jamieson sent it to me :)

I had plantar facitis for months and months.. And it all went away within a week after doing Tibalas raises or rather.. Just flexing my tibials as hard as i could for 100 reps each day.. No weight or anything.. Just the last 5 degrees, flex it really hard.. And boom, it was gone. Im still baffled..

Love this!! What are your thoughts on using a massage gun on the fascia to increase blood flow (assuming you only use it on the very middle part of the food and follow other massage gun safety guidelines)?

What do you recommend for a partial or complete tear? I'm in a walking boot at this very moment.
