I fell 2 years ago and developed a baker's cyst in my left knee. Dr won't aspirate it because it's on a nerve. I have had steriod injection. But now its worn off and the pain has started. Will try these exercises.

Hi Jessica, I need you to help me. I played badminton yesterday, and when I got home, my knee felt swollen, and it seems like there's something stuck at certain angles it really hurts. But I can still walk, though there's a feeling of swelling. I have to go to work and can’t take leave, plus I need to walk a lot to get to work. Please help.

compression in the forefoot is unlikely to be the culprit of limitations in foot mobility that causes bunions, beyond genetic influences.

Can the way I sleep cause the compression that would lead to having this condition? I have been doing research for my pain and discomfort and arrived at this possibility. At first I was thinking I had a stroke in my sleep. I'm 44 male, and this condition started in and around October 16th 2024. I usually sleep on my back or side, but I fell asleep in a really weird way at a family member's home (not my usual bed and normal comfortable sleeping experience). I slept on my left side, practically on my shoulder with head in my left palm. I woke up with an ache in my neck and shoulder and over the last few weeks it has gotten worst with a swelling at the end of the left clavicle below my chin. Other symptoms are headaches, burning or piercing pain deep in the upper/ pectora chest, shoulder and upper arm. I have also dropped plates and cups after picking them up with my fingers. I have always had and still think I have strong grip strength but this random lack of strength in my fingers is disconcerting.

Great video. I added ulnar deviation to my golf grip setup and have played like this for almost 6weeks. I developed de Quervains in both wrists. Do you think the additional ulnar deviation would have aggravated or caused this injury? I have never had this issue before but have suffered from tennis elbow (yes from golf 😂) for more than two years. This additional injury is frustrating. Last question. Is it possible that having a much larger (almost tennis grip diameter) grip on the golf club (like Bryson Dechambeau does) would help prevent Injury in the forearms? In other words would a more open hand grip be less strenuous than a very closed hand?

@JessicaDudasАй бұрын
Even if it’s hereditary you can still make changes! Give these exercises a go for 2-3 months and be consistent and you should see some change with proper muscle recruitment.

OK so every1 listen I took an appointment for my orthopedic session and he told me to do some test. Okay, in that test, it showed that why the knock-knees is occurring. It occurred because my vitamin d3 levels were low. Okay, so that might be the cause why you guys are also having knock-knees. Now, there is another thing. He told that I am 13 years old. If I would be 12 or 11 or 10 or any age below 13, they would do a small procedure and within 2 weeks, my knock-knees would be fixed or they would do some physiotherapy work, I don't know, right? OR some yoga stuff. But as I am 13 right now, or if you are gonna be 13 in like more than 6 months, then there is nothing to be do, like in more than 3 months, not 6 months, there is nothing to do. Like, yeah, so I have to go under a large operation. He told me, the doctor told me that in that operation, my upper bone would be like cut and that operation will be done. For that operation to recover, it would take 3 months for me to recover. Currently, I am in grade 8, so I have left everything and my studies, like I wanna do my operation so bad because he told me that after 2 years, 5 years or 10 years or 15 years, one day the pain will start because my knees are bending, like the pressure is there on the like the side. So, my, like my knees will pain a lot, like growth pain or more than that pain will occur once I am old enough. So, yeah, not old enough, like 20 or 25 age, it will occur and yeah. They will insert blade in my knees, okay, and they will remove the blade after 1 year.

Jessica is there an alternate solution for a 66 years old that can't do lunges
@JessicaDudas2 ай бұрын
Hi Linda, yes great questions! I usually suggestion a standing hip flexor stretch to minimize stress on the knees if it’s hard to get into the lunge position. So the same parameters in standing with focusing on having your hips tucked and just stand in a staggered stance with the leg back that you’re trying to stretch. Hope this is helpful 😊

Well, I'm not sure actually if I have knock knees or not, this all started in 2022 when I got severe deficiency of Vitamin D. I wasn't even able to walk at that time. I talked about this with my doctor who was treating my tuberculosis (TB only caused this thing ig) he told me that I have deficiency of Vitamin D, but the bad thing was that I went to the doctor late, my legs started to look exactly like knock knees. I'm very insecure about my legs hope this works for me and everyone with knock knees. I'm 18 rn so hope this works faster as I read some comment saying that this works faster on younger kids.
