Ahh he's had a nice rest too away from others. Keep your pond water not too heavily filtered with force its hard work but please keep it clean water. These are filthy big bouncy goldfish and love attention too. You love him. Now he knows you do love him. ❤❤❤It hurts our backs, but worthwhile. Love you sweets and Dave your spotted friend. Just stick a comfy chair by them and enjoy them coming up to play ping pong balls. Then no sharp objects. They are water puppies laddie. Salt does help koi naturally fight infections so you can try that first if that’s what you have.

You could probably use pond water. I just think it's better when medicating to start fresh and keep things fresh as you go.
