Thanks for all your videos. I have purchased several antique dolls over the year that were occasionally mailed to me with broken doll heads that apparently were not wanted by the auction house. Since some were quite special and would have been be highly prized when brand new, I recently I decided to try to bring a couple of these back to glory (or at least, repair them as best I could so I could enjoy them) I used araldite on the first two heads and was pleased that all parts were well aligned. However, on the third try I think I rushed to finish, needing to visit a family member in hospital, and may have applied too much glue to a couple parts. When I got home from my visit a few pieces had moved out of alignment just enough and were already firmly in place even though I used the slower setting araldite you have suggested. Sadly these pieces are on the doll's forehead which will be exposed. I have searched the internet for a way to release the glue enough to move the pieces back into alignment. One suggestion was to use the highest heat setting on my oven (450 F) and try to soften the glue. After 15 minutes, this didn't work. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

I would use warm water to soften the glue, this should then be easier to pull apart.

Hello, do you have a video of how to sand it and what to paint it with? I've never tried this, but it looks like the perfect solution to repairing an angel with a missing wing. Thank you.

HI Ali, loving your clear and precise videos. I know you use Araldite slow release glue and superfine Milliput. Could you please tell me the sizes that you use and also the exact name on the box of the Araldite, there are many options, and I'm battling to find it online. Many thanks, Catherine

Thanks for the very helpful video. Will Milliput adhere to non-porous porcelain e.g., Meissen?
