Lots of tech users don't know what "data" means. I suggest you explain and emphasize that they will lose all pictures, videos, download files and other information stored on their device and that some of it may already be backed up to Google servers so they can restore it later. You can link to another video where you show how to enable automatic backup of app data and other google account data and customized settings. Also how to enable automatic sync with the photos app and how to do it manually before you reset and erase your phone. In that video you can link another where you show how to manually back up files to a microSD card or computer. Maybe suggest to use something like CX File Explorer or whatever app you prefer, so that the process will be the same on all devices. Keep up the great work.

yes the problem is the protector glass might not cover appropriately on the phone screen and especially covers the proximity sensor. The solution is that remove the protector glass and put it again but be careful the protector shouldn't cover proximity under the sunshine you can see the top on left the screen there is proximity.
