Glad I could help, yesterday this same power wheel would only go backward. I pulled the shifter assembly out (now that's a chore) and cleaned the contacts on one of the switches and we are back to the races...

I have no idea, it has spent too many years in the weather and the label is unreadable. We call this one our "Trash Find", my wife and I were driving down the street on trash day and this beauty was just sitting on top of a trash can. I got a DeWalt power adapter off ebay and now it runs at 20 volts. So far I have only replaced one motor (twice) and rebuild/replaced switches multiple times, but the grand kids love the speed... Caution, run a power wheel at 20 volts at your own risk! Use your volt meter that check for voltage at the battery. If it's 12V, the battery is good. Check for voltage coming out of the switches. Check for voltage at the motor. Wherever you no longer have voltage, that tells you where the problem is.
