How did you do the rims? Also did you drop it?

Great job with a great result! Did the primer and paint stick or have you notice any flaking?

Thanks! So far no flaking or chipping. The plastidip clear coat is sort of a plus and a negative. It takes most of the damage from the kids bumping into stuff but dust and dirt seems to cling to it

I found one today on the curb for trash pickup. Did you sand it before you sprayed the new paint on?

Nygtruefan 1 nice find! And yeah but not much. I think I just did like 400 grit just to rough it up a little but not too much since the plastic is pretty soft

Thanks and yes its primer, paint, then clear. I don't remember the number of coats, I usually do at least 3-4 coats

Whar kind paint you use?

I had some duplicolor paint from advance auto for the blue and the clear coat is plastidip to give it a thick layer to protect it against scratches

Correct, I sanded it just a little I think with 400 grit then primer, color and clear
