It can only be cosmetic, once the original cushion breaks down its soft no matter what.

Follow these simple steps to fix your sagging couch cushions. 1-Start from the bottom of the cushion, which is attached to the couch. 2-If it has a zipper, then well, start with unzipping it. 3-Remove the foam. 4-Carefully remove the batting and netting around the foam if wrapped. 5-Could you replace the old foam with another high-density foam? ( Always prefer a high-density foam while replacing it because it lasts longer and gives proper posture to your couch cushion and the person sitting upon it.) 6-Re-wrap the new high-density foam. 7-Reinsert the foam and batting properly again inside the cushion. 8-Zip up the cushion and hurray! You are done! This is how you can fix up the sagging of your couch cushions.

Yes. Its was used to suck the cushion so it goes easily in cushion cover.

Can I soak them or put them in a washer? Its driving me crazy how flat the cushions are. Even with the cushion covers being cleaned today I am still not satisfied because of how flat the cushions are.
