I unplugged it and reset the network and I still can get past the part where I choose the network type. It searches but comes up with absolutely NO ZERO ZILCH wifi networks. Help

Awesome, thank you. That first suggestion did the trick. Just reset my power button for 5 secs and it turned back on by itself and found the network

Thank you so much!! I followed the steps from 1-2 together and it worked my wife showed up after unplugging the power cable from the modem and router, and unplugging the tv for 10mins each and it actually solved my issue. Thanks again!

I got same fail as Edward Close replied. My tv is brand new and im using a universal remote because this new tv didnt have one in the box. Could this be the issue why the tv will not hook up wirelessly? This tv will not find my sound bar blue tooth like the 65 in i had previously to this new 75in? ‘0’ networks pop up, and ‘0’ blue tooth devices pop up. Are these issues because i dont have the factory remote that comes with the UN75AU8000 Samsung tv?

Anyone having this problem just connect through wps press the button on back of router. I tried the normal way for nearly 8 hours then it did this instantly 👍

I am at the initial set up screen, to set up by phone its asking me to scan a QR code? What and where is that code? All the codes on the box and Manuel are videos and warranty into not codes to sync with the unit, I tried the manual route as week and the tv won't recognize any wifi? It searches then comes back with zero connections, my wifi is strong and I have tried multiple times, is my unit defective?

I have firestick hooked to my tv. Just bought the wifi home from T-Mobile. It's says theirs good wifi connection. But my TV is not finding any WiFi name or others to connect to my WiFi. It worked the first day not says network error and won't let me go to settings or do anything.
