Thank you for each of your videos. I appreciate your willingness and expertise to inform those of us who are exploring bag making as a creative outlet and small business. You make each one with a very enjoyable format. The production is also very well done. Your detail is at just the right level. Keep up the great work and thank you again.

I happened upon your site just about a week back and I love your videos. You are so fun to watch and your instructions are easily understandable. Thanks so much for all you do! I have a Juki semi industrial but on the verge of getting a full industrial (probably the 1541s). Tired of struggling with multi layers.

I KIND OF wish that I went for a 1541, but only because I do want the option of doing leather wallets at some point. I realized that I'd probably need a ton of other types of supplies and just didn't have the room for it all.

It at least shows that I'm human. Also was on my 4th attempt to start that section of the video and was just like "ok fine, this is how it's gonna be."

I’m making a byannie bag on my featherweight. Great usually even on vinyl as all metal parts. However last night making pages for bag and on the binding it began to do this. Kinda baffled me, changed needle and same issue. Weird thing was when I tried to repair and sew it did exactly same big stitches in very same place! Still I would hugely recommend it as it sews through everything, even leather and being metal no sticking to vinyl.

I love your realness. 🤣💀 it’s funny because all of these mishaps haunt us all including the stiletto rolling off the table and stabbing my/your foot. 🤣

I bought it from Gold Star Tools, but I wouldn't shop there now. If I were to buy a new industrial now, I'd go to SewingGold.com!!!

If you have a walking foot, you don’t have to use tissue paper on domestic….right? #newbie

You MIGHT - but it depends on which fabric is hitting the stitch plate. In this case, in my INFINITE GENIUS, I was using vinyl on both sides. Normally you'd have some kind of lightweight lining fabric and then the vinyl on the outside. I topstitch on my flatbed, so usually the vinyl faces up for me - meaning I have my bags inside out when I topstitch.

Domestic machine and vinyl ugh . Put a strip of scotch tape on the underside of the pressor foot. Works wonders and it's cheap!
