Just to reiterate, you just need to change your devices language or location to English US/ United States.
The devs will probably release an actual patch for this soon but maybe this will work for you in the meantime.

I only had 40mins to record and upload this, sorry if I wasn't clear. You just need to change your devices language to English (United States) or the location to the United States. It worked for me and some other people, so I thought I'd share it.

yes its working on pc, iv set up country/keyboard/language to usa and it let me start minigme
