How to fix the aftermarket taillights animation on the Honda Accord 2018-2020

Hey boys feel free to copy it if you can 🤙🏼
WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS:-
1) Make sure car is off and headlights off
2) Press the brake
3) While pressing the brake turn on and off headlights 3x (On off on off on off)
6) Turn them on for the 4th time while pressing the brakes
7) Leave them on for 10 seconds (while pressing in the brake)
8) Turn off and let go of the brake at the same time (after the 10 seconds)
9) Get out of the car, lock once and unlock twice.
10) Turn on headlights to the on position
Close door and lock it
Wait until lights turn off and then unlock car
It should work but you might need to try couple times. (Worked for me the third time)

Thanks a lot bro I got it to work after a few attempts. I did what you did and also I would toggle lights 5 times Hold break until lights blink toggle off and then follow the lock unlock method you showed

Love your videos and Accord! I've been having my eyes on a new Accord for awhile, and alot of your mods are basically what I've been wanting to do if/when I get one. Would you be able to disable the start up animation on those tail lights? I love the look of them, but the animation is a bit too flashy for my liking.

Nice car. I got the same except in a different color. I’m planning on a few exterior mods and one could be aftermarket taillights. I prefer the look of the V3, but did you experience any condensation and FM radio problems? I do listen to the radio occasionally, but most of my time is spent on CarPlay and xm radio.

No condensation and no issues with the radio. radio was amazing. Sound system is just bad. I sold the car and got a Tesla model y and it’s a day and night difference

I have the v3 taiights and after a year I noticed that my reverse lights don't work, that's because a friend was driving behind me and he told me about it. I forgot if it's a bulb back there. My animation and everything works, just my reverse lights don't turn on

I have v4 taillights and I just learned that my left tail light animation keeps running when I turn headlights off and back on while the car is on. I don't know when this started happening!! You know how to fix this? I'm going to unplug it tonight and plug it back in to see if it resets something. In the meantime I emailed hirev sports and am awaiting a response.

@@jzbreezio You are very welcome don’t worry about the lights they will turn off after you lock the car. I always kept my light switch to the on position and would like in the car the lights will turn off after 30 seconds so don’t worry about the battery
