So, you can try adding other image adjustment layers as well (the little half circle button below the layers panel). Some are for color adjustments and others are for exposure. See if that works for you. Have a good one!

ctrl+alt+shift+e also creates a new layer out of all the existing layers without selecting them all.

I don't have the Split Color, but Color Grading with wheels
@ThisGuy3 жыл бұрын
Yes. Since I made this video, photoshop has updated to color grading wheels instead. You can treat them essentially that same way though...sort of...

To fix exposure, what's wrong with "Auto" in Camera Raw? So simple!
@ThisGuy3 жыл бұрын
Auto is definitely an option, but that's if you just want the result (which is probably what a lot of people want). Being able to fix images yourself (by understanding some different techniques) is what others want to learn. To each their own.
@vernonr74043 жыл бұрын
@@ThisGuy Thank you. Someone said that if "Auto" doesn't make any major adjustments in the image, means that original photo must not be too bad! At least exposure-wise.
@ThisGuy3 жыл бұрын
@@vernonr7404 That's true, auto is really good if your image is already close to being good. If it's way off like my example, I find it over corrects for me (exposure) and struggles a bit with colors. Having said that, I often just hit auto first and then start my adjustments from there.

How do I fix an under exposed photo......but for a very dark skin person???.... that's the real challenge
@ThisGuy3 жыл бұрын
That's a tough one for sure. Should be the same process, but much more difficult.
