For some reason when I formatted the flash drive, windows did not automatically assign it a drive. All I had to do was change drive letter and click add. The dumbest most simple thing they could have Disk Management do automatically. My goodness. Great vid dude!

If anyone still need help I fixed it, when you have a disk with no letter drive assigned, right click on the black box next to it and and click on "new simple volume" from there you will be able to give the drive a letter for you to store and open files in it

My usb drive didnt show up in disk management because I have a nvme ssd as a c drive and a sata ssd as my D drive. I put in another usb and after that I put in the usb that didn't work in another computer so the usb drive that didn't work are now a E drive. After that I removed it and put it in the pc where the drive didn't show up and now I can find the drive and everything works as it should.
