How to fix Vauxhall-Opel Corsa D (2007-2014) - not starting after flat battery.

If the ecu or bcm was updated and reprogrammed and battery dies after some time sitting off the road can it have this issue again, and to prevent the bcm or ecu thing corrupting again, whats the best method to charging the battery without this issue happening i paid for my car to be reprogrammed before i dont want the same issue again as the first time it happened before i got it reprogrammed because battery went flat after i left it on too long and tried to bumpstart known as pushing method then jumper cables then the spanner light came up, but this was before i got reprogrammed just recently is there another safer way preventing this from happening again ?

Hi, I believe you have to keep the voltage of the battery 12v +. If the battery is week - charge b4 starting or changed. Don't use jump starter.
