I'm curious about this too, as I'm having the same issue with mobile uploads. Waiting in the past has worked, but I have a video that I uploaded from mobile last week that's still only showing 360p as an option...

Thanks for this. It is pretty annoying actually. I produced in HD and get 360p which makes it look like I stole the clip. Also found uploading with your phone seems to process better.

Is it possible to fix it while still in the uploading/editing process and it isnt uploaded? When I try to fix the quality, nothing happens.

unfortunately no. U have to wait it out til it's COMPLETELY done. That's why quality will never update til it's completely done. Wait 2-5 minutes even after the video is processed like I said in this video and it'll update

Mii U yes, even when it says "processing done", u wait 2-5 minutes or max 10, AFTER it says that. That's what I've been saying in this video whole time. U can click on where it says "your video will be live at: (URL)" part under the thumbnail at top left of that page to keep checking when the quality updates. Soon as u see the quality u want, u can THEN click "save changes".

what can i do when i got six sub accounts on one master acc (ps4) and i dont know what to do couse it sais i cant have more then six sub accounts on one master acc and i dont know how to do a new master acc or something PLS HELP ME !!!!!!

ummmm, sorry I haven't replied to u. I get thousands of comments combined on both my channels it's very difficult to keep up. But all you have to do to make a master account is when creating ur account make sure ur over 18.... If ur 27 like I am for example and u put in my exact bday (11-13-1989), the system automatically knows ur over 18 and therefore an adult and will automatically make ur account a master.... Sub accounts are only for children and for parents (master accounts) to put restrictions on like being able to put money on their accounts without asking (go thru master first), sharing videos to social media and other things. So to answer ur question, unless u have 6 kids, I don't see why u need 6 sub accounts unless ur making 6 accounts all under the age of 18.

PYRO JOJO u gotta leave it at the processing done screen for 5-15 min THEN press save changes but only after u keep clicking ur link on the left til it changes. Otherwise itll never change
