@@RS-nx6rm till date of all samsung phones I used I never found anything better than Samsung M51 ....the only con I felt was the sound during calls is not high but it's okay ....rest I face no network issues etc ....but then again at my area there is no network problems so maybe I am not the best person to judge...but honestly I highly recommend this phone

But in settings it says volte calls idiea that means it only work for sim 1, so you have to put your 4g sim in slot 1 only? As it has both sim 4g compatible but then also why it only available for sim 1 slot or is it available for both sim slot, kindly reply

No nothing is wrong .... maybe this option is not there in samsung s20e...you can try resetting apn and network and check after configuring to only 4g lte

I am using a Samsung galaxy A71 and i use BSNL Sim with support of 4g VoLTE but after activating VoLTE, i cant make any outgoing calls but can receive incoming calls and whenever i turn off my VoLTE i can make outgoing calls! Its like when i try to call, the calls gets cut in a second or two! I dont know if its the error of Samsung or BSNL! If you know any solution for it, do let me know!💁🏻‍♂️

A lot of this video is common knowledge. Did not help for a Samsung Note 8. I have to enable VoLTE on my phone. I don't have permission do it.

For many Samsung phones, you may have to wait till a software update. I'm not sure if a update will come to the note 8. I have seen where calling won't work when using the right apn setting but as soon as you mess up the apn settings, calls will work but data won't. This happened for an AT&T Note8 being used on Consumer Cellular. CC APN settings had no calling but then use the old ATT APN settings and calling would work.
