I faced this black screen appear issue. Unfortunately, none of the suggested recommendations have worked for me, so I went to Samsung Service Center & they recommended me to change the display completely. It costed around 7K with a guarantee of 90 days. Hope this helps if someone facing the same issue without solution.

@@vasanth3253 I didn't go to service center. I repaired it from a local mobile repairing shop. Trust me, the service center guys are going to fool you. I was asked to change the display which costs around Rs. 8000. However, when I went to local repairing shop, it only took Rs. 1650 as there was literally no issues with thr display rather it was something related to motherboard. Now the mobile is working just like before.
