This video is what I’ve been looking for! I’m attempting to get my waves back after a lot of heat damage, thinning and keratin straightening. My hair is in a wonky half straight half wavy faze right now which has been very tricky to work with. But refreshing them today blew my mind! It’s so gentle compared to all the heavy/thick styling videos I always see. Very happy to have stumbled across this!:)

I’m new to the curly / wavy hair world! I have naturally wavy/curly frizzy hair so I’m hoping this method works and I can stick it out lol. I love your videos!! What kind of spray bottle did you buy? Do you have any tips for oily hair? My 14 year old has wavy hair & we've done curly girl for a while. But the top of her head is ALWAYS oily & her next day hair is awful!

Dry shampoo, not putting conditioner at the roots, try washing less often, don’t apply any products higher than midway up the hair shaft (leave ins, creams, gels) try lighter weight products like just a gel and skip leave ins. Don’t use creams for her hair. All those things helped me. Sometimes the scalp is over producing oil to compensate for frequent washes. If nothing helps she may just need to wash her hair everyday. I know that’s the oposite of what I just said lol but that may the only option if you’ve tried everything else. When my hair gets oily I just wash it. But it’s normally 2-3 days before that happens.
