Hi Wasim, you can't we Samsung. Samsung TV doesn't have Play store or a web browser to get APK files. You can only watch those default apps installed by Samsung, you can can't get anything outside their channel store. Get Android Box or TV if you want to install anything you want.

Hi, to access some Setting options that are greyed out in your Samsung TV, you need to switch to antenna mode using the button on your remote. As to the connection, ethernet cable is the best option if wifi doesn't connect. This is a common issue with Samsung TVs. If you can see other wifi connections like your neigbour's wifi, then you will still be able to connect through wifi by updating your TV. If you can't see any wifi at all, the wifi chip might be damaged. My question is, did you connect to wifi before. Some older Smarthub Tvs do not have a built-in wifi chip, they can only connect through cable.

Hi, I think there is something missing in the network settings. Can you connect an ethernet cable for 15 or 30 minutes from your router to your TV, just to make sure to run any available updates to fix the problem. @@imaribeard1619 Hi, this is a so complicated task when you don't have a WPS router. Here is what to do: Select Settings. in your TV Select Network. Select Network setup. Select Easy or Expert. Easy setup. Select Wi-Fi. Select CONNECT BY WPS BUTTON. While your TV is searching for a connection, press the WPS button on your wireless router. Please let me know. Some routers do not have a WPS. Wps is just another way to connect to wifi.

Hi, the red X means that your Tv is not connected. Check if you can see your neignbour's wifi, if you don't see any wifi at all, the wifi module may be damaged. If you see other wifi connections, you will still be able to fix the problem. Connect an ethernet cable on the back of your TV from your router, go to settings and update your TV manually, remove the cable and try again to connect to wifi.
