Hi, I know that's Samsung, a lot of issues. Wtach this video, it may help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZ_TiYmHdt6le5Y, make sure you select your country,update Samsung agreement. If it doesn't work, go to network settings, press DNS and update server, put 8888 or 8844.

Hi, don't worry, it's a common issue with Samsung TVs. If you have signed in with a Samsung account, log off and sign in again. If you don't have a Samsung account, create one in a computer and log in with your Samsung account in your TV. Make sure your TV is up to date. Please let me know if it doesn't work.

Hi, 2 red means you are not connected. Can you see other wifi connections. Try this, go your netwok settings and change DNS, PUT 8888 OR 8844 and save and then restart your TV

No, if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, you can use a wired connection. Connect an ethernet cable to your TV, it's even more stable and reliable than Wi-Fi: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pWfHaH-Dg696o7s

Hi Hamza, did u try all the numbers I provided. Here is a workaround for you: Reset your Tv to Factory settings, connect an ethernet cable and set up again your TV. Good luck. That's a common issue.
