How To FIX Xbox Series X/S Controller Blinking Light! (2022)

My controller is slowly blinking even when its connect through usb, Idk what the issue is, i've updated it, reset the console, changed the batteries, I'm just a lost, legit switch from playstaion to xbox, got the series x and ran into this, not a good first impression

@@abusivecomments9608 Yes for series x all i had to do was take a wire and hook it into the back of the console, it fixed the issue for me, idk why its that way though..

Please Pin please and subscribe if this helps but for ALL YOU PEOPLE THAT SAY IT DOESN'T WORK AFTER ALL THOSE STEPS MENTIONED try this : Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until device powers off. Unplug power cord for 30 seconds. Plug power cord back in and power the console on. When you get to the home screen (login screen) turn your controller on and it will work properly

So me and my bf have had this issue for a while now none of the fixes have worked hopefully someone here or something can help..the controller blinks like its trying to pair but never pairs to our xbox x it will pair with his phone fine and will work plugged in it has brand new batteries and everything but it still wont pair wireless to our xbox x?

I had the same issue with rechargeable batteries, I have yet to find a fix except buying new batteries

I pulled the plug and plugged it back in from the back of my Xbox Series S and it’s working again

Press the sync button on the Xbox and the sync button on the controller that should pair it

My problem is my controller keep un syncing from my xbox i watch alot of youtube and some of the videos are long so my controller turns off but when i turn it on again the controller light is white but when touch a button it doesn’t do anything (fyi is doesn’t do this every time) the only other Bluetooth i have close is a small bose speaker so is that the problem?

For some reason, my controller will vibrate, then the controller would blank for like 5 to 6 times and then vibrates and shuts off. Then I turn it back on it just blanks

Try hard restarting your Xbox. Hold down the power button until the system fully turns off and then start it up again

Don't know if you fixed it or not, but just in case. Hard reset did the trick for me. Unplug the power from the console for about 30 seconds then plug it back in.
