Hello! Is your car battery fully charged? In our experience it’s unusual for both fobs to be dead. If you’re sure your car battery is ok and charged, and both fobs are indeed dead - then you’re in a bit of a pickle 😬 You’ll need to disconnect the immobiliser entirely. Hopefully that’s not the case though! Good luck 🤞

Not a requirement Michael, no. But some insurers are happier (and so is one's wallet 🤣) if your car has an immobiliser.
