What number are you?

1️⃣ They hurt your forearm at the top of the lockout
⠀
2️⃣ Your casting the bell too far from the top and it causes back pain on the downfall
⠀
3️⃣ You can’t gain control of the bell during the move
⠀
4️⃣ Upper body is overworking causing you too much soreness when you practice
⠀
Here’s a tip:
Flex wrists are stable wrists. Work your mid and high pull positions. Lead with your elbow in order to punch out at the top of the move and don’t over grip it at the top, just enough to hold it there😇💪🏽👑
