As said it might just be your system. If none of these steps ended up fixing it a last resort solution would be to factory reset it and remember the passwords. You won’t lose any progress in any online games like rec room or vrchat if you have an account. But in a game like bonelab which is single player you’d start from the start but you’d still have your achievements if you use the same meta account

Could be your Wi-Fi, try unplug your box for 10 minutes and then plug it back in.
