either yer network card or the cable you're using, check the cable plug to see if it has all the wires connected(if it's transparent) or use the cable that came with your device.

Your Ethernet cable is a 100Mbp/s cable which is standard you will need to buy a higher speed cable such as a 200mb/s or a 1GB/S cable which will cost more that is the simple reason

same here, when i plug the Desktop PC directly on the Ethernet on the house, its full 600mbps which is my plan/service, when i do it through a huawei router supposed to be high speed (wifi6) it gives me 90mbps, wired or wireless at literally less than 2 meters away from the router, so my conclusion so far is the router suck ass
