نعم ..في بعض الاحيان : بعد التحديت يفقد الهاتف بعض من خصائصه مثلا اللمس ، في هذه الحاله يجب عليك الالتحاق باحد المصلحين لفلاش الهاتف بالكامل ـ لتعود اليه النسخة الاولى

You must verify the serial number of the version of your phone (long press on the + button and the power button / you will find the version number at the top). Then search for it on Google and you will surely find a similar version for your phone. Make sure to search on reputable and credible sites. Then you download it and then install it on the phone via Odin
