QS lags tends to happen but only when I was doing numerous UI tweaks one after another. As far as network is concerned, I only used the ROM for a couple of hours, so I might not be the best person to answer it.

try manually downloading the Play Integrity Module from GitHub, then flash it via Magisk, and check out the result. If you are still facing the issue, then Google has got hold of that fingerprint, so you'll have to wait for the dev to release a new version. It's a cat and mouse game going on after all.
