I have two devices, one works perfectly, the other is turned off and shows no signal, does not enter fastboot, does not go into recovery, does not turn on the LED, not the battery charge signal. no this method works for mostly on china brands with QUALCOMM chips (Lenovo, Wiko, Gionee etc) If you want to flash those htc phones you mentioned above, you just need to run the .ruu file of the corresponding htc phone. this doesn't work with LG34C aka LG Optimus Fuel phones. Seems no one has been able to get their hands on a stock rom, and the QDLoader doesn't have access to the storage of the device, and once bricked to the point of QDloader, the device can't be connected to via ADB. Seems the phone was intentionally built to deny access to snapdragon's built in features.
