I clicked like before I even watched! Thank you so much!! I thought "oh no not Febreeze"😭😭😭 but I am totally guilty of giving my hair an occasional spritz or two of perfume. Your hair turned out lovely.❤️❤️

Love the video. I'm definitely going to try the Febreze. I cannot stand my hair smelling like burnt hair. You mentioned a treatment in the beginning could you give me more information about it❤️
@GleamyGleamyGlamGlam6 жыл бұрын
Thank you. :) It totally works for me. lol I know. . .right, I hate it when my hair smells like that too. Oh, in the beginning I said I do not use anything on my hair before I flat iron it. No oil, heat protectant spray or anything, although I probably should. lol But, after I use the febreze I put some good smelling moisturizing lotion on it. But, this day I was trying out the Color Wow Pop and Lock. :) Sorry for the long response. Hope that helps and thank you so much for watching! :)

I’ve heard a heat protectant or just anything with a citrus smell will counteract the burnt smell. I’ve yet to try it but I’m searching for something with a citrus smell. It makes sense if you think about it...rubbing straight lemon on hands after cutting onions or fish or something pungent in the kitchen takes away he smell, so maybe something lemony or citrus will do the same for hair! I’m hoping I find something. **I would say, however, don’t use actual lemon on hair...that is what us white girls did back in the day to lighten our hair! (Lemon juice + peroxide if you can believe it!) 🙄😁 Straight lemon being acidic I would think would be waaaay to harsh for already damaged hair!** Just thought I’d mention. And also, while watching your video I was thinking you look so much like someone - and then it hit me - Toni Braxton! You really do!
@GleamyGleamyGlamGlam5 жыл бұрын
Yes. . . what a great idea! :) I'm one of those people who use lemon for my fingers after using jalepenos and onions. lol I did know about the hair lightening. . . I had a few friends who did that and also used a literal iron to straighten their hair sometimes. lol It's funny how we all had things that we did back in the day, but now just seem weird. lol But, I switched flat irons and now I do not have to deal with my hair smelling burnt. :) That was great for me! :) Thank you for the advice and also taking me down memory lane and thank you so much for watching! :)
