super stoked for this!! It will be great to see how it turns out. There is so much potential in these older homes throughout south east quensland. I've just finished cleaning up my live-in future investment and those Karcher pressure washer are magic! Love to see how you handle the original brick skirt around the base of the house. I was looking at painting mine but am now thinking i'd rather imbrace the original character and lean into it when i complete the fence project.

How good does the paint look internally (on plasterboard) when done with the Wagner compared to paint that has been applied with a roller? These videos are really helpful and I hope that you do one on re-stumping a house.

My Dad and I repointed and repainted the roof ourselves. This was the 3rd tile roof update we've done in our time !

From a buyers perspective.. If youre interested in ahouse that has been flipped..bought renovated and put back onto market in a short period of time. Is it fair to assume that all renos have been done as cheaply as possible...cheap paint..cheap made in china parts or 2nd hand .. Etc etc.? Also sre you factoring in the cost of your time..doing all these renos in costs ? Ie ehat you woulda earned working for someone else for same number of hours ?

The market in Queensland isn’t as tough as Victoria or NSW so it’s not fair to keep saying “Australia” when the buy in is so much easier in Queensland.

We did, using corrugated custom orb, than putting a bull noise on creating a cottage entrance. Just putting some flowers In pots around small verandah entrance and larger entrance on other side. 2 entranceway. We attached a built-in tool shed on one side also . That Is 3 wide door, metre deep tool shed all along half side. Looks neat. All my fathers design who Is a gold licence builder!

It was crazy overgrown! We need to try and appeal to the most Buyers possible, so pruning back was the way to go
