Hey Buddy, just wanted to say this series is epic! Literally my favourite series on KZbin and it gave me the confidence to try flip my first car. I live in the UK and bought 2012 Nissan Micra, low mileage, few issues like engine light, dents, bold tires, and poor brake discs and pads. After all the work I did I managed to get £2700 for it netting myself a profit of £1660! I’m also thinking of documenting these in KZbin videos like yourself as I really enjoyed the process. Keep up the good work 💪🏼

I own a 1994 Nissan Frontier. I love it man. It's a beautiful truck. It does have a few problems but not many. It needs a tailgate, a paint job, new tires, and a new battery. It is currently drivable and even in it's current state, (which isn't bad at all) runs amazingly. It was well taken care of before I got it. I plan on getting it fixed up what's needed and just keeping it. I have definitely noticed that these trucks seem to be making a comeback. I live in a small town country area and I've seen quite a few of these scattered around here and there. I've heard over and over how much people love these trucks and I get to experience why. I got mine for $3,000. Because I knew the guy real well, (as he was a former pastor) he went down a bit for me.

Don't forget about the title wait time. In our state it can take 5-7 weeks to get a new title in your name, you can't resell it to someone else if it isn't registered in your name. Also when you register it here you pay sales tax plus title transfer and new plate fees. Those fees all take away profit. Plus you can only sell I think 5 cars a year before they stop you and you have to get a business license.

I am thinking of getting into this but I am wondering what do you do with the title. Do you go to a DMV, get the title changed, pay taxes and wait for a new title to come in every time? Is there a legal way around this? Also paying the tax on a car flip would eat into any profits by a good amount.

As a full-time mechanic, I used to flip cars here in Dallas Tx. The reason I gave up is because nobody has any money. I used to be able to sell my cars quick about 4 years ago. Honda's, Toyota's, and E46 BMW's. Nowadays, its just a never-ending low-baller festival. Cars would sit for months on end with no reasonable offers. They would just de-value the vehicle because of the mileage and completely ignore the lengthy list I would always provide of the extensive mechanical repairs and a list of new parts including all new shocks, all new tires, new timing belt, new water pump...etc...ect.... Nope, didn't matter. People are too dumb to understand that high mileage doesn't necessarily mean the car is worthless, especially when you can prove with pictures the $1000's of dollars in repairs and new parts. Clean title, AC works perfect, transmission is good, engine runs perfect with no leaks......none of that would matter . "Oh its got a lot of miles, I'll give you $1200"....for a $6000 car. I just got tired of arguing with ignorant people.

You should mention in your videos how sometimes you can experience loss in the flipping business like buying a car that burns oil a.k.a worn engine but you can only notice over time adding oil Or headgasket repair fluid temporarily fixes head gaskes till the head warps.
