Good video. I've been doing this for 45 years. Ive bought many unloved vehicles for cheap, refab them, often just a reall deep clean and updated maintenance. Never lost money. Bets case was a 2001 Chevy S10 extended cab. Rough condition. As i was looking at the vin plate on the firewall i saw it was a ZR2 model. Did not have the decals. I paid $2600 for it. Mechanically it ran good. I put new brakes, plugs and tune up, transmission cooling lines, cruise control box and ZR2 decals and spray in bed liner. Did all work and complete deep detail on it. Red pain buffed out like new. Listed it and sold it $11,400.

Top Tip for window tinting: Use the outside of the window to cut your tint to the correct shape. This way, you'll have a perfect piece of tint for each window before you crawl into the car to install it. Question: How do you buy and sell cars for a living without a dealer's license?
@saxyrep111 ай бұрын
I might be wrong but it's very likely that he does own one. In Florida, it's 300$ and you can't legally resell more than 2 cars a year without it there.

@alexflosho11 ай бұрын
@@saxyrep1what do you mean by $300? $300 to start one? Because that can't be right. Maybe for the license. But it takes a lot of other stuff in FL. You can't run it from a home. You need insurance. I've been looking into getting a dealership here in FL but the cheapest deal I could find was more than $3000 a month
@saxyrep111 ай бұрын
@@alexflosho Yeah, I did mean for the license. For the rest of the requirements, you probably know more about it than me. I know you need a registered office with enough storage and proof of ownership and a lease. I don't know much more past that.

Now is definitely NOT the time to be buying a car. Average car cost $47K?! That's insane! Check your ego at the door - you need a vehicle to get back and forth to work, not to impress anyone. I've watched all these videos you have posted and they're great. It has me wanting to flip cars even more. My wife doesn't think it will make me a lot of money, but that is because one of her exes did it and he didn't make a lot of money and she said it was slow profit. I told her that it isn't something that I am wanting to do full time so it being slow doesn't bother me. If I can make enough to pay for my mortgage every month, I would be happy with that. And in these videos, it shows you can make a decent profit if you know what you are looking for when purchasing a vehicle.
