Wow that thing is vibrating. I just bought a red 2008 Honda Shadow Spirit that looks similar to that with 8,000 miles on it, for 1,900... and it doesn't vibrate at all when idling. That Harley sounds kind of like it's a dying animal.

Apply for a dealer license with the DMV. It's like 150 bucks and you can buy and sell as many as you want
